Liaison
We will be the facilitator between you & the broker. We handle all paperwork and details in relation to every trip that we book. This also means when there is a delay once you communicate that with us we also reach out to the broker on your behalf. Only when needed would you have to communicate with the broker. Carrier's are not obligated to take a load but,communication is key prior so, time & resources are NOT wasted.
Rates
We have a flat rate fee of 6%. Because, our goal is to make sure you are taken care of on every load we book we negotiate our rate on the brokers end. We also know that this may not be guaranteed in those cases we will communicate that with you prior to confirming a load.
Knowledgeable & Fact checking
With Zeladore LLC dispatching services we are always staying current with information and resources that will help us stay proactive in offering the best dispatching services to our carriers. This consist of assisting with route planning,rate negotiation, broker credit check/rating & even knowing safety regulations.
